All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer efficient shipping to get your order to you fast:

Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

3. Order Tracking

Every order comes with real-time tracking. Once your package is on the move, click the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to check its status.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure your package arrives within the 3 to 5-day window, unexpected carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or high-volume seasonal periods may occasionally impact delivery times. VersePods is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs agencies.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
